If I cancel my account within 30 days of signing up, will I be charged any fees?
Nope. Just return any hardware (if any) sent to you and you will be refunded in full.

Your first month of Roqbot is completely free. You will be charged beginning with your second month of service.
Can I change plans at any time?

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, you only need to commit to three months of service if you want the preferred Roqbot play at a discounted price.
Are there per-user fees?
You will get a certain number of free user plays every week. Once those run out, your customers can purchase credits directly from the app to choose more songs.
